We bandy the word “stress” around these days like its just the norm.
“Oh, I’m just a bit stressed” is part of the common vernacular but anxiety, real anxiety, can play havoc on your digestive system and leave you feeling miserable about food.
Believe me, I know. My tummy is like a little ticking time bomb, always gurgling away.
We live in a world that’s literally full of stress inducing factors.
I’ve almost given up watching the news, it just sends my tummy into turmoil. When will all the madness end?
