Its not rocket science - most of it is good old fashioned common sense but sometimes we need a kick up the butt as a reminder of what we should be doing. We may well have slipped into a few bad habits and routines and with summer on the radar (even if the weather was decidedly chilly today) small changes can make a big difference to how you're going to look and feel in a few months time. I want you to be confident inside and out and to own and rock that bikini or one piece.
