Now this has really piqued my interest because quite frankly, you couldn’t sleep any worse than I do. It's about mastering control of the pineal gland to assist with better quality sleep.
I used to be a proper 8 hours a night, banging out the Z’s kinda gal, but I’ve struggled with good quality and any meaningful length of sleep since I’ve owned my own business. There is always something that I feel like I should be doing rather than sleeping so this is going to be an interesting one for me to try and master.
It’s all to do with the pineal eye, also known as the third eye, which is the chakra point sat right in between your eyebrows – assuming you still have them!!! Apparently this produces melatonin (which I’ve been known to bring back from the USA in bucket loads when I’m on a business trip) which in turn impacts the quality and duration of your sleep.
So I’ll be trying out the pineal gland technique this evening instead of a glass of red wine and hopefully I’ll be reporting back on a fabulous and long nights sleep tomorrow!
