It's an actual thing don't you know and it wouldn't take a qualified Doctor to diagnose mine!
One look at my puffy eye bags, flushed cheeks, break out of spots and deeper than usual wrinkles around my mouth and in between my brows, are my tell tale signs that I've been over indulging on the old grape juice! I'm not gonna lie - I've enjoyed myself immensely! But I can't be the figure head of fabfitforty and look like I'm flabfatfifty!
Alcohol is seriously dehydrating which is what causes the lines and wrinkles to worsen and look deeper than usual. The area between the brows is linked to liver function so this is why you can expect to see more lines develop in this specific spot after a heavy session. And as for those flushed red cheeks and shiny nose!! Well, alcohol causes the capillaries to dilate which is why I'm looking ever so slightly ruddy round my chubby post Christmas chops!
If anyone asks of course, its the New Georgio Armani cheek rouge I'm wearing in that classic shade of "just flushed". Really though, its BOOZE ladies.
There are also other faces that can be detected too - including sugar face, gluten face and dairy face. There's also resting bitch face! Oh hang on a minute, no, I got that one wrong - that's just an every day face that so many women suffer from which sadly can't be changed with diet! Darn it!
The good news however is that all the rest can be reversed by paying close attention to your diet and nutrition. Then you can just go back to having a beautiful face!!

Seriously though, Valentines Day is the next big event in the calendar - don't you want to be back to your sassiest and perkiest, shiniest you by then? Its do-able.
The great thing about our bodies is their huge capability to quickly regenerate. Give them the good stuff they crave and they will thank you in bucket loads. Your skin in particular is like a sponge and you'll soon be looking youthful, bright eyed, clear skinned and fabulous again. Result!
