Another fab Wednesday Workout we've put together - this week targeting the lower body and those lovely legs of yours!
Getting my own legs in shape has always been a nemesis for me. Let's just say that I am genetically blessed with generously proportioned knees for a little lass! Giving the illusion of length and litheness when you are only 5ft to start with and slightly big boned is a real challenge! That's actually one of the main reasons that I took up Barre work recently.
This one we call the Lovely Legs workout and again, its a pyramid style system so you are starting at 100 and working your way down to 10! Its challenging but it is really going to work your lower body and create all important shape and definition to your legs, calves, butt, thighs - you name it, its going to BLAST IT! Body weight exercises like this also sky rocket your metabolism and send you into stratospheric fat burning space!!!!
