Jump out of bed, in your jimmies still if you fancy it, naked even (perish the thought!) and just jack to it!
You don't need a lot of space.
You don't need any fancy equipment.
You don't need to be a fitness pro.
Just you, your body and about 15 minutes to work up a sweat baby!
