EVERYONE must by now know and appreciate the very many and varied benefits of water.
It really is and should be a girls best friend.
There are just a MULTITUDE of wonderful benefits from drinking water. Its not too much of an exaggeration to say that it's nothing short for MIRACULOUS!
Just look at the list to the left and go right now and grab yourself a glass whilst you read and rejoice!
Personally the top benefits for me are flushing out the TOXINS and preventing a HANGOVER!!! LOL.
(Think that says more about me and my lifestyle really doesn't it girls!! What can I say, we FFF's appreciate more than a little Friday night tipple!)
As a general rule of thumb, you need to be drinking at least 8-10 large glasses a day. If that sounds like a lot that will have you headed permanently for the loo, take solace! Your body is like a sponge and will very quickly adapt to the right amount of water it needs to keep you properly hydrated.
Wondering how the hell you're ever gonna drink that much water anyway?
Here's my Top Tip: Get yourself one of those handy re-useable water bottles and make it your new best friend.
All you need to do is top it up say 3 times a day and hey presto, you'll have fulfilled your daily quota and be well on your way to becoming a water baby!
If you find water boring, then add some fresh slices of lime, lemon, strawberries or even fresh sprigs of mint to create a refreshing and delicious flavoured drink. Now get GUZZLING GIRLS!
