That's me, the original FFF, doing my Tuesday night garage workout.

He's MUCH younger than me and a fabulous Mexican-Italian mixture which means this FFF needs to keep herself in shape, both mentally and physically! He needs to get better with the point and shoot but as another FFF told me tonight (actually she's my mentor), he has a wonderful subject to work with so please be patient with us over the coming months as we work on improving the quality of our blog and pics! Remember - this is real life - I'm no instagram model! I'm just a regular FFF trying to make the best of herself.
Tonight was all about back, lats and shoulders
Being in your 40's does not mean you need to hide away your back and shoulders in long sleeved tops and high roll neck sweaters! HELL NO! Is there anything more sexy than a woman flashing some back flesh?
You can achieve a sexy feminine shape without being bulky and banish that back fat with a few highly targeted moves.
I'll be telling you more about my FIT IN FOUR series over the coming months which is being designed to give you some incredibly effective and easy to replicate combo moves. You'll be able to use these to build up your own at home workout programmes.
Tried and Tested: Tonight I stuck to a couple of classic isolated moves on my V Fit and Aero Pilates machine and then mixed it up with some basic bar work.
The V Fit is such a fantastic and versatile piece of equipment and I get literally hours of enjoyment out of this investment.
I focused on the lat pull-down (front and back). There is tones of scope for progression with this machine and you can quickly and easily begin to build up your strength and tone
